Shipping Policy
- Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (M-F) unless on backorder. Sometimes items go into backorder status without notification upon purchase. We do everything we can to prevent this from happening or to notify you after your order is placed.
- Orders placed after 2PM Eastern will not be processed until the next business day.
- We use reputable carriers and provide tracking information when available.
- Delivery times may vary based on location.
- We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses.
Order Modification and Cancellation Policy

Once an order has entered our warehouse and the processing has begun, it cannot be modified or canceled. Our team works diligently to prepare and ship our order promptly, and at this stage, we are unable to stop the process. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
If you find yourself in need of an order modification or cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order details, and they will assist you with the status of your order. If the order has not reached our warehouse, we will either issue a full refund, including any shipping charges, or make the necessary changes (such as address updates or partial product cancellation).
Please be aware, we cannot add products to your order after it’s been placed. If it’s within the timeframe to cancel and refund the order, we will do so and then you can reorder with any additional products you wanted to add.
